Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and budget tracking for management.
- Oversee employee payroll administration, tax calculations (PPh 21), and benefits coordination.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Coordinate staff attendance, leave management, and company internal policy implementation.
- Assist in the development of employee training programs and performance management systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an integrated Finance and HR administrative role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or Excel) and HRIS tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
