Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries with high accuracy
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, reports, and analysis for management review and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to facilitate smooth cross-border financial transactions and communications
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations while maintaining meticulous records
- Support budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives to drive business growth
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants for annual audit and compliance requirements
- Implement process improvements and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited institution
- Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent is highly advantageous
- Native or near-native Mandarin proficiency (HSK 5 or above) with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in manufacturing or trading companies
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, accounting software, and financial reporting systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-cultural teams and adapt to evolving business needs
