Responsibilities

  • Process and record daily financial transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

  • Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and subsidiary ledgers.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate financial data and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax filings.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to financial workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting principles (PSAK) and tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical abilities with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus.
