PT Yayasan Cinta Anak Bangsa is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Finance, Accounting, & Tax Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our finance, accounting, and tax functions. In this contract role, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and full tax compliance in Indonesia, while partnering with senior leadership to optimize financial performance.
Based in Jakarta Barat, you will manage month-end close, financial statements, cash flow, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, tax reporting, and regulatory filings. You will drive process improvements, implement best practices in accounting and tax processes, and coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to maintain audit readiness.
Key responsibilities include leading the close calendar, ensuring accuracy of ledgers, overseeing payroll and vendor payment cycles, monitoring working capital, and maintaining strong internal controls. You will translate financial data into actionable insights for decision-makers and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of finance, accounting, and tax functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage month-end close, financial reporting, consolidation, and variance analysis.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management to maintain healthy working capital.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, VAT, e-Faktur) and timely tax filings.
- Maintain and improve internal controls, risk management, and audit readiness; coordinate with external auditors.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; provide strategic insights to management.
- Manage and develop the finance team; collaborate with cross-functional teams in operations and procurement.
- Drive process improvements through ERP optimization, automation, and data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CA or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and tax; prior managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, VAT, e-Faktur) and regulatory compliance.
- IFRS/GAAP experience; proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Xero, NetSuite, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Leadership and team-management capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages is desirable.
