As a Finance Analyst, you will translate data into actionable insights that drive profitability and sustainable growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in operations, procurement, sales, and FP&A to build reliable forecasts, monitor performance against targets, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements. This role blends accounting accuracy with business acumen, requiring both rigorous analysis and clear communication of results to non-financial stakeholders.

What you will do includes:
- Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for assigned business units.
- Perform variance analysis on actuals vs. budgets/forecasts; explain drivers and propose corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain financial models for scenario analysis, pricing decisions, and capital expenditure evaluations.
- Prepare timely management reports and KPI dashboards; present insights to leaders across functions.
- Partner with operations, procurement, and sales to drive cost optimization and process improvements.
- Ensure data integrity, strong internal controls, and support audits and month-end close activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with SAP/Oracle; familiarity with BI tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Indonesian and English; ability to translate data into insights.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams; strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulatory requirements is a plus.
