Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and receivable processing.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers, ensuring all transactions are documented correctly.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and assist with year-end closing procedures.
- Handle general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing office supplies.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration for employees.
- Process invoices, prepare receipts, and ensure all documentation is filed systematically.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc financial analysis and budget tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a finance or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
