Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial statements and reports.
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
- Help with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and internal financial policies.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
