Job Description
PT Tempopress International Delivery, a leading logistics provider in Jakarta Utara, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee its financial operations and drive strategic growth.
In this role, you will lead the accounting team, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide insightful analysis to support senior management decisions. You will collaborate with crossâfunctional departments to optimize budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives while maintaining compliance with local regulations and international standards.

Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial close processes.
- Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to stakeholders.
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Lead internal audit processes and implement internal controls.
- Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team.
- Identify costâsaving opportunities and drive profitability improvements.
- Support strategic projects with financial modeling and analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in logistics or manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and IFRS/GAAP.
- Excellent analytical, problemâsolving, and decisionâmaking abilities.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
