PT QIBAJIU INDONESIA NEWMATERIAL is currently seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Finance Mandarin professional to join our dynamic team in Tangerang. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping in accordance with company policies.
- Translate financial documents, reports, and communications from Mandarin to Indonesian or English and vice versa.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing.
- Facilitate effective communication between the management team and stakeholders in China regarding financial performance.
- Maintain electronic and physical financial filing systems for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 5/6 preferred) and Indonesian; professional proficiency in English is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a manufacturing or international company.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight financial deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
