Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile daily accounting records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process vendor invoices, match with purchase orders, and ensure timely payments.
- Assist with general ledger entries and month-end close activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to support daily operations.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for management.
- Support audits and strengthen internal controls.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or pursuing).
- 1-2 years of accounting/finance experience, or internships relevant to the role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax and PSAK/IFRS basics or a willingness to learn.
