Integritas Perkasa Constructions is seeking a highly motivated Finance Staff (Account Payable) to join our dynamic finance team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations by managing end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring precise documentation, and supporting our tax compliance efforts.

You will be responsible for the accuracy of our outgoing payments, vendor reconciliation, and the timely preparation of financial reports that guide our management decisions.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable activities, including the accurate processing and coding of invoices.
- Verify supporting documents against purchase orders and contracts to ensure financial compliance.
- Prepare and execute timely payments to vendors and contractors in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all financial transactions to facilitate smooth auditing processes.
- Ensure full adherence to local tax regulations, including withholding tax (PPh) and VAT (PPN) requirements.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies and manage vendor statements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly accounts payable aging reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting, preferably within the construction or project-based industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), and PPN).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to handle high-volume transactions.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
