Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and performance excellence
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes efficiently
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with senior management to budget, forecast, and optimize financial performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficient in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, tax regulations, and reporting requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
