Responsibilities
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions and maintaining general ledger accuracy.
- Support preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Help with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
- Participate in month‑end and year‑end closing activities under supervision.
- Utilize SAP and MS Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks.
- Assist internal and external audit preparations by gathering required documentation.
- Adhere to company accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
