Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome event attendees at the company booth in a friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrate and explain product features to potential customers using provided scripts and materials
- Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional items to generate leads and brand awareness
- Assist with setting up and dismantling booth displays, signage, and equipment before and after the event
- Answer basic queries from visitors and direct complex questions to the event manager
- Collect visitor contact details and feedback for post-event follow-up
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the booth area throughout the event day
- Report attendance numbers, lead counts, and any issues to the supervisor at the end of each shift
Qualifications
- No formal experience required – training provided on-site before the event starts
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills – comfortable engaging with strangers
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full 1.5-day event schedule
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift/arrange booth materials (up to 10kg)
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a proactive “can-do” attitude
- Basic proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus for diverse attendees)
- Must have own transport or be able to reach Choa Chu Kang area conveniently
