Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm, professional, and efficient welcome.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries, ensuring timely and helpful responses.
- Coordinate studio schedules, appointments, and bookings to ensure optimal workflow.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, document filing, and inventory management of office supplies.
- Oversee the maintenance of the front-desk area to ensure it remains clean, professional, and organized at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and package deliveries.
- Support the broader team with ad-hoc administrative projects and event coordination as required.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
