Acquire Intelligence is seeking a high-impact Funnel and Conversion Lead to spearhead our growth initiatives. In this role, you will be the architect of our digital sales ecosystem, taking full ownership of landing pages, conversion funnels, and CRM integration.
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue performance by meticulously analyzing user behavior, executing rigorous A/B testing cycles, and refining our digital touchpoints. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Eastwood, Metro Manila, working on a morning shift. You will work alongside a creative and ambitious team dedicated to excellence in marketing performance.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain high-converting landing pages tailored to specific marketing campaigns.
- Design, map, and optimize end-to-end sales funnels to maximize conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
- Develop and execute comprehensive A/B and multivariate testing strategies across all digital assets.
- Ensure 100% data integrity by managing CRM integration and tracking pixels (GA4, GTM, FB Pixel).
- Collaborate with the creative team to iterate on ad copy and design based on performance data.
- Drive continuous improvement in user acquisition costs and overall conversion efficiency.
- Provide regular reports to stakeholders regarding funnel performance, bottleneck identification, and revenue impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in funnel optimization, growth marketing, or conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Deep technical proficiency with industry-standard landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, ClickFunnels, Leadpages) and CMS platforms.
- Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and tools such as VWO, Optimizely, or Google Optimize.
- Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates through data-backed decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Metro Manila.
