Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Offer expert guidance and technical advice on a wide range of mobile devices, accessories, and gadgets.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash handling and card payments accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints or technical inquiries with patience and professional problem-solving skills.
- Maintain store inventory, perform stock checks, and ensure display units are clean and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or electronics sales is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- High level of integrity and accuracy in handling cash and transaction documentation.
- Flexible, proactive, and capable of working in a shifting schedule environment.
