Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are recorded properly
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (PPN, PPh) and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Support operational tasks beyond finance, including inventory and administrative duties as needed
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- At least 1–2 years of professional experience as an accountant, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting principles (PSAK) and tax regulations (PPh, PPN)
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, QuickBooks, or Zahir) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities beyond accounting
