Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and parcels.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports with high accuracy.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including document preparation and report generation.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned to support the smooth running of the office.
Qualifications
- Possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a clerical or administrative role is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is a plus.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
