Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, setting performance objectives and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and analytics.
  • Manage marketing budgets, monitor spend, and optimize ROI through data‑driven decision making.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and creative teams to launch multi‑channel campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing high‑impact marketing strategies.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team‑building skills with the ability to motivate cross‑functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
