PT. KOTA SEJAHTERA ABADI is seeking a resultsâdriven General Manager Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and accelerate business growth. In this highâimpact role, you will define the marketing strategy, oversee brand positioning, and manage a team of marketing professionals across digital and traditional channels.
You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify market opportunities, develop goâtoâmarket plans, and ensure our campaigns deliver measurable ROI. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with handsâon execution, driving innovation while maintaining strict budget adherence.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, leading and mentoring the marketing team, overseeing brand messaging and visual identity, driving digital marketing initiatives, managing marketing budgets, conducting market research, coordinating crossâfunctional campaign launches, and reporting on key performance indicators.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, setting performance objectives and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and analytics.
- Manage marketing budgets, monitor spend, and optimize ROI through dataâdriven decision making.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and creative teams to launch multiâchannel campaigns.
- Report on marketing KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing highâimpact marketing strategies.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent leadership and teamâbuilding skills with the ability to motivate crossâfunctional teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience working in a fastâpaced, matrixed environment and ability to adapt quickly to change.
