Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end master data management processes including creation, maintenance, and modification of data records.
- Conduct regular data profiling and cleansing activities to improve data quality and eliminate inconsistencies.
- Research and resolve complex data discrepancies by collaborating with global stakeholders and internal departments.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data governance and management.
- Monitor data compliance with corporate standards and global regulatory requirements.
- Support global migration projects and system upgrades through rigorous data validation and testing.
- Provide regular reporting on data quality metrics and key performance indicators to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Analysis, or a related coordination role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to engage with global teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and information security best practices.
