Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and vet potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers across various global markets relevant to our brand and target audiences.
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies and campaigns tailored for different international regions.
- Negotiate contracts, compensation, and deliverables with KOLs to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse network of global influencers.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports on ROI and effectiveness of influencer activities.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and sales teams to align KOL activities with overall business goals and product launches.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in global influencer marketing and digital content creation.
- Ensure all KOL activities comply with relevant regulations, brand guidelines, and ethical standards across different regions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in influencer marketing, KOL management, or partnership roles, specifically with a global or international focus.
- Demonstrated success in identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders across various platforms and geographies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant plus.
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
- Deep understanding of different social media platforms, analytics tools, and content strategies.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
