Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations within the golf and hard goods department to ensure peak performance.
- Maintain high-standard display SOPs to create an inviting and premium customer experience.
- Manage inventory cycles, including precise ordering, replenishment, and stock accuracy.
- Supervise, train, and mentor retail staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor cleanliness and organizational standards across the sales floor to meet company guidelines.
- Analyze sales reports and consumer trends to optimize product placement and stock levels.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail supervision, preferably in sporting goods or lifestyle retail.
- Deep passion for and understanding of golf equipment and apparel.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent attention to detail, specifically regarding inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
