You will manage end-to-end bid processes, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling proposals on time. As part of our procurement team, you will navigate government tender portals, prepare bid documents, and verify that every submission meets the highest quality standards. You will coordinate with colleagues in legal, finance, operations, and project delivery to gather required information, review specifications, and gain timely approvals. The position also involves maintaining bid calendars, tracking submission milestones, and conducting occasional fieldwork to gather data or stakeholder feedback.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit government bids and proposals in accordance with applicable regulations and client requirements.
- Research tender opportunities, monitor government procurement portals (such as PhilGEPS), and maintain a proactive bidding pipeline.
- Compile and organize bid documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with formatting standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams including legal, finance, procurement, and operations to gather information and secure approvals.
- Track submission deadlines, manage bid calendars, and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
- Support post-submission activities, including response to tender clarifications and bid debriefs.
- Conduct occasional fieldwork to gather data, verify project details, and support bid content with on-site insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Prior experience in government bidding, tenders, or procurement is preferred.
- Knowledge of government procurement processes and tender portals (e.g., PhilGEPS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management tools; ability to collaborate with legal and finance teams.
- Ability to work under deadlines, handle high-volume workloads, and travel for fieldwork if required.
