Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design high-quality marketing materials for digital and print platforms, including brochures, social media graphics, and web assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and project management teams to develop creative strategies that align with company goals.
- Maintain and enforce brand identity and visual consistency across all corporate communications and advertising channels.
- Prepare final print-ready files and optimize digital assets for various online platforms and web usage.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project briefs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software advancements, and best practices in graphic design to keep our visual output fresh.
- Assist in the creation of visual presentations for client meetings and internal stakeholder reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts effectively to non-design team members.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to balance multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail, composition, and brand storytelling.
