We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Growth & Performance Marketing Lead to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing a high-performing paid acquisition and digital growth engine that consistently generates qualified leads. You will own the strategy and execution across multiple channels including search, social, display, and programmatic advertising.
As the Growth & Performance Marketing Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will leverage analytics and experimentation to optimize campaigns, reduce cost per acquisition, and scale successful channels. Your insights will inform marketing strategy and product development.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the performance marketing strategy to achieve lead generation and revenue targets.
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio) to monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad copy and creatives.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocate spend efficiently, and forecast performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new advertising technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid acquisition.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale paid media campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience with SEO and content marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
