Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to all guests and residents upon arrival.
  • Manage guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach to ensure total satisfaction.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of property facilities, local attractions, and services to provide accurate information.
  • Coordinate closely with the security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to facilitate guest requests.
  • Execute check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
  • Assist the marketing and management teams in organizing and coordinating property-related events and site visits.
  • Ensure the reception and lounge areas are consistently tidy and reflect the company's luxury branding.
  • Prepare daily reports regarding guest interactions and administrative tasks for management review.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or high-end customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
  • Impeccable grooming standards and a professional, friendly demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends or public holidays as required by the property.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Tabanan, Bali.
