Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule all vehicle handover appointments, ensuring timely and efficient processes.
- Prepare, verify, and manage all necessary documentation for vehicle handovers, including sales agreements, transfer forms, and inspection reports.
- Communicate proactively with sellers and buyers to provide updates, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues related to the handover process.
- Oversee and track the daily movement and logistics of vehicles within the operational hub and designated locations.
- Conduct initial quality checks and ensure vehicles meet handover standards before release.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all handover activities and vehicle statuses in the system.
- Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth inter-departmental operations.
- Contribute to process improvements for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction in vehicle operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in operations, administration, logistics, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new operational software.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
