Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and schedule daily activities for the cashier team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily cash register reconciliations, financial reporting, and deposit procedures with 100% accuracy.
- Monitor front-end performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or complex transactions with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with store management to optimize the checkout process and reduce customer wait times.
- Manage inventory checks at the point-of-sale level and oversee supplies for the cashier area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a cashier, head cashier, or retail supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in modern Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and impeccable attention to detail regarding cash handling.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by business operations.
