Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive IT strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company's business objectives and drives operational excellence.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of a standardized IT infrastructure, including cloud computing, networking, and hardware systems.
- Oversee cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate potential IT risks.
- Manage the IT budget, including forecasting, cost control, and vendor management to optimize technology spending.
- Drive digital transformation projects, including the adoption of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing IT team to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify technology needs and deliver scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, system architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, data privacy laws, and IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ISO).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead large-scale technology implementations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
