Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive 360-degree brand strategy across the SEA region to drive market share and brand equity for international sports and athleisure labels.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer partnerships, PR, and in-store activations.
  • Oversee the go-to-market strategy for seasonal product launches, ensuring compelling storytelling and seamless execution across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth and brand differentiation.
  • Manage and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering professional development and a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
  • Own the marketing budget, optimizing spend across channels and reporting on ROI and key business metrics to senior leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with global brand headquarters and local retail partners to ensure alignment and maximize brand presence in key markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or Head of Marketing role.
  • Proven experience in the sports, footwear, or athleisure industry is mandatory for this role.
  • Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian retail landscape, digital ecosystem, and cultural nuances.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies that deliver measurable business results and brand love.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in using data to drive marketing decisions and investment.
  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Malay, Mandarin, or other SEA languages is a significant advantage.
