Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive health education programs and public awareness campaigns.
- Conduct research and analysis on community health needs to tailor interventions effectively.
- Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to mobilize community support for public health initiatives.
- Produce high-quality information, education, and communication (IEC) materials for diverse audiences.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of health promotion activities against established performance metrics.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff and local health partners.
- Represent the organization in health-related forums, seminars, and inter-agency meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Education, Nursing, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in health promotion, community organizing, or public information.
- Strong knowledge of local government health protocols and the Philippine healthcare system.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in creating digital content and managing communication campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence diverse demographics.
- Eligibility: Must possess appropriate Career Service (Professional) eligibility.
