Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our network of healthcare providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor and manage provider performance metrics to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Facilitate the onboarding and credentialing process for new healthcare partners joining the Doctor Anywhere network.
- Address and resolve operational inquiries or escalations from providers promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider database records to ensure system integrity.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to improve provider engagement strategies and platform efficiency.
- Prepare regular operational reports to track network performance and identify areas for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinic administration, or customer support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with medical professionals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or healthcare management software is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize under pressure, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for operational detail.
