Job Description
PT. Global Multipet Indonesia, a growing retail and consumer products company specializing in pet supplies, is looking for a dedicated Helper Marketplace to join our warehouse operations team in Bandung, Jawa Barat.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse, supporting our marketplace fulfillment operations with accuracy and care. Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking and packing of goods and orders for marketplace fulfillment.
- Ensure all orders are processed correctly, labeled properly, and packaged securely before dispatch.
- Maintain the accuracy of inventory records and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Keep the warehouse and work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods during receiving and shipping operations.
- Support daily operational tasks to ensure on-time order fulfillment and delivery readiness.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines while performing warehouse duties.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK (High School) or equivalent.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting items for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic literacy and numeric skills for inventory and order documentation.
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required.
- Team-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior warehouse, retail, or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
