Job Description
PT Popsea Technology Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Host Live Streaming (bags) to join our e-commerce team. You will host daily live sessions featuring bag products and affiliate offers, engage shoppers, and generate content that drives awareness and sales across our platforms.
As the face of our bag collection, you will explain features, materials, sizing, and styling, while maintaining an on-brand, engaging presence. You will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to plan live content, promote affiliate campaigns, and optimize streams for conversions. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and comfortable on camera with a genuine passion for fashion accessories and e-commerce.
Key responsibilities include presenting bag products, demonstrating usage and styling ideas, answering live questions, promoting affiliate links, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining high production quality for each broadcast. This role offers growth opportunities in a fast-growing Indonesian tech and commerce environment.
Daily content creation includes recording short clips and repurposing streams for social media to boost reach. You will keep up with trends in bags, fashion, and online shopping, and translate that into compelling live offers. You will also manage show schedules, coordinate with partners, and ensure all streams align with brand guidelines and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions featuring bag products on e-commerce platforms; present features, materials, sizing, and styling while engaging viewers in real time.
- Demonstrate product usage, answer questions, and upsell through affiliate offers and bundles.
- Drive sales by promoting affiliate links, limited-time promotions, and strategic call-to-actions.
- Plan and execute content calendars in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams.
- Monitor performance metrics (viewers, engagement, clicks, orders) and optimize streams for conversions.
- Maintain a professional on-camera presence and ensure brand-aligned messaging across all broadcasts.
- Manage streaming setup, including equipment, lighting, sound, and technical checks to ensure high-quality streams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience hosting live shopping or fashion/accessory streams; portfolio or examples preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication in Indonesian; comfortable performing in front of camera; English is a plus.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and ability to clearly explain product benefits and CTAs.
- Charismatic, energetic, and able to engage diverse online audiences.
- Proficiency with streaming software (OBS, Streamlabs) and basic video editing for repurposing clips.
- Knowledge of bag products, materials, sizing, and current fashion trends.
- Full-time availability with flexibility to work a streaming schedule, including weekends.
