You will be the energetic face of our brand, leading live streaming campaigns across platforms like Shopee, TikTok, and Instagram. Your mission: engage audiences, showcase our premium products, and drive direct sales through authentic, interactive content.
Collaborating closely with the digital marketing team, you'll develop captivating livestream scripts, host real-time Q&A sessions, and implement creative strategies to boost viewer retention and conversion. This role is critical to expanding our online community and accelerating business growth in the competitive e-commerce landscape.

Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions on major e-commerce and social media platforms to promote PZ Cussons products.
- Engage with the audience in real-time, answering questions, and building a lively community.
- Demonstrate product usage and highlight key benefits to encourage purchases.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan content themes and promotional events.
- Analyze livestream metrics and suggest improvements to increase reach and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on livestreaming trends and competitor activities to refine on-air strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency and positive representation during all appearances.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school education; degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a livestream host, presenter, or content creator.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- High energy, confidence on camera, and ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia) and livestreaming tools.
- Strong improvisation skills and ability to handle live technical issues gracefully.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Passion for consumer goods and understanding of PZ Cussons brand values is a bonus.
