Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Manage employee records, documentation, and HR compliance procedures
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management
- Assist in employee onboarding and training program coordination
- Organize company events and maintain a professional office environment
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external inquiries
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent; fresh graduates encouraged
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
