You will act as the backbone of our HR department, handling essential tasks from recruitment support to payroll administration. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, leave management, and attendance systems.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll and ensure timely distribution of salaries and benefits.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation briefings.
- Handle general administrative office tasks and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR-related reports for management review on a monthly basis.
- Facilitate communication between departments regarding HR updates, policies, and company announcements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR or administrative support role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labor Law and Employment Act.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malay and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
