Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, leave management, and attendance systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll and ensure timely distribution of salaries and benefits.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation briefings.
  • Handle general administrative office tasks and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR-related reports for management review on a monthly basis.

Qualifications
