Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Support administrative documentation and filing systems in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, letters, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate office administrative tasks to ensure seamless daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
