Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, and maintain accurate employee records in compliance with Singapore labour laws.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and staff engagement activities.
- Handle day-to-day office administration tasks such as procurement, vendor management, and facilities coordination.
- Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and company policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and data analysis for management decision-making.
- Provide frontline support to employees on HR-related queries and procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with HR software.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good organisational and time management skills with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior internship or part-time experience in HR or administration is a plus but not required.
- Singaporean or PR preferred due to immediate hiring requirements.
