Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, and maintain accurate employee records in compliance with Singapore labour laws.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave management, and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and staff engagement activities.
  • Handle day-to-day office administration tasks such as procurement, vendor management, and facilities coordination.
  • Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and company policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and data analysis for management decision-making.
  • Provide frontline support to employees on HR-related queries and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with HR software.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
