Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee documentation, including 201 files, contracts, and internal records.
- Coordinate recruitment logistics, including scheduling interviews and assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Oversee daily administrative office tasks to ensure a smooth and productive working environment.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and administrative concerns.
- Maintain accurate attendance logs, timekeeping records, and payroll-related data.
- Assist in organizing company engagement activities and team-building events to promote a positive work culture.
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and administrative status updates for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or office administration roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
