Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end HR administrative processes to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Handle statutory compliance requirements, specifically focusing on BIR reporting and government-mandated benefits.
  • Assist in financial record-keeping, processing invoices, and supporting the finance team with expense tracking.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and internal databases in compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with local and regional teams to streamline office operations and support team-building initiatives.
  • Prepare regular compliance reports for management review, identifying potential risks or areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all company policies are implemented consistently across all departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, office administration, or compliance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, BIR tax regulations, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and HRIS software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
