As the HR & GA Manager, you will be the key architect of HR strategies, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. Simultaneously, you will manage general affairs, including office administration, facility maintenance, vendor management, and health & safety initiatives. Your leadership will directly support organisational growth and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and promote a positive work environment.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition to attract and retain top industry talent.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes in compliance with Indonesian labour laws.
  • Design and implement training and development programmes to enhance employee capabilities and career growth.
  • Administer competitive compensation and benefits packages, ensuring market alignment and internal equity.
  • Direct general affairs functions including office operations, facilities management, vendor contracts, and administrative support.
  • Ensure full compliance with government regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards.
  • Drive organisational culture initiatives, employee engagement, and change management efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian labour laws, regulations, and employment practices.
  • Experience in the media, entertainment, or services industry is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional teams, and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
