Responsibilities
- Identify, vet, and onboard influencers and content creators aligned with brand values and campaign objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, acting as their main point of contact throughout partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Coordinate campaign logistics, content briefs, and approval workflows to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
- Manage influencer gifting, seeding, and event invitations to foster long-term loyalty.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to propose innovative ideas.
- Maintain a well-organized database of influencer contacts, contracts, and campaign results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or brand partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for relationship-building.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, able to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with an eye for authentic content and storytelling.
- Data-driven; comfortable tracking metrics and extracting insights to optimize campaigns.
- Familiarity with the Philippine influencer landscape and local creator community is a strong plus.
