Responsibilities

  • Source, vet, and onboard relevant KOLs and influencers aligned with brand objectives and target audience
  • Negotiate contracts, fees, and deliverables to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution, including briefs, content approvals, and timelines
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with influencers to build a reliable network
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging influencer talent
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, digital) to align influencer campaigns with broader marketing strategies

Qualifications
