Chiropractic First is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist (KOL Specialist) to join our growing marketing team in Makati City. In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and influential voices, developing strategies that amplify our mission of health and wellness through strategic partnerships.
You will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers who align with our vision. If you have a keen eye for talent, a deep understanding of the Philippine influencer landscape, and the ability to track campaign performance to ensure ROI, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard influencers, bloggers, and KOLs within the health, wellness, and lifestyle niches.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from outreach and contract negotiation to content approval and final delivery.
- Develop creative briefs and guidelines to ensure influencer content aligns with Chiropractic First’s brand voice and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) to optimize future collaborations.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of influencer contacts and foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Coordinate with the internal creative team to ensure seamless execution of integrated social media campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and influencer marketing best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or public relations.
- Strong existing network or demonstrated ability to build relationships with influencers and content creators in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and prepare actionable reports.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
