Responsibilities
- Design and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) across marketing and communication initiatives.
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to define metrics that align with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends to support decision-making.
- Present insights and reports to senior leadership, driving data-informed strategies and initiatives.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and methodologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a data analysis, insights, or reporting role, preferably within marketing or communications.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
