Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic quality inspections across various stages of the printing production process.
- Ensure that all products meet company specifications and client requirements before distribution.
- Identify, document, and report any production defects or deviations from quality standards immediately.
- Operate and maintain quality control testing equipment to ensure accurate measurements.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inspection results and prepare daily quality reports.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and operational protocols within the production floor.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector, preferably within the printing or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards, methodologies, and inspection techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality manuals.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools and basic computer software for data entry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify subtle defects.
