Job Description
We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end marketing strategy for the M-Commerce Corporation brand in the Philippines. Based in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila, you will shape how our brand connects with customers across channels, from awareness to advocacy.
You will translate business goals into integrated campaigns that blend digital, social, content, email, events, and offline experiences. Your work will balance brand storytelling with performance marketing to drive growth, optimize the customer journey, and maximize ROI.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and data-driven decision making. You will partner with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams to develop compelling value propositions, messaging, and content calendars while stewarding budgets and timelines.
Responsibilities include leading multi-channel campaigns, managing budgets, optimizing media mix, managing partnerships and vendors, and delivering insightful performance reporting. You will mentor junior marketers and champion a test-and-learn culture that embraces new channels and technologies.

Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that align with brand goals and revenue targets.
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, content, events) from ideation to measurement.
- Optimize the marketing funnel, including demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams; manage budgets and vendor relationships.
- Monitor ROI and key metrics; provide regular reporting and data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Champion brand voice and consistency across channels; manage content calendars and cross-functional briefs.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging channels; drive experimentation and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand management, or demand generation.
- Proven track record of leading successful multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, dashboards, attribution models).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations.
- Knowledge of the Philippines market and digital landscape; ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
