Erajaya is seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Design Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Penjaringan, Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will lead design initiatives, ensuring that our retail environments and corporate spaces reflect our brand excellence and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of design projectsāfrom conceptualization and 3D visualization to the final execution of detailed construction drawings.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in interior architecture and project management. You will coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
- Plan and determine comprehensive design requirements for all interior projects.
- Develop high-quality 3D perspectives and detailed construction drawings using industry-standard software.
- Oversee the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and project budget estimations.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments, contractors, and external suppliers to ensure design integrity.
- Monitor site progress to ensure work aligns with construction drawings and design specifications.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand aesthetic standards.
- Manage project timelines, reporting progress updates to management regularly.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably within a retail or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, interior finishes, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
